Shandong Hualing Electronics Co., LTD. (SHEC) is a China-Japan Joint Venture Company missioned to design and manufacture Thermal Print Heads (TPH) and Contact Image Sensors (CIS), primarily to support the domestic market for facsimile machines, scanners and various special printers. The joint venture partners include Weihai Beiyang Electric Group, Mitsubishi Electric Corp., ITOCHU Corp. and Hualong Facsimile Co. Ltd.

HEC is a high technology company with independent intellectual property and patents, with R&D facilities in both China and Japan. In January of 2000, HEC received the ISO9002 certification for the production and the servicing of TPH and CIS.

Besides the domestic market, TPH and CIS made by HEC are exported to regions such as Japan, Europe, SE Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. CJP Technology has been chosen by SHEC to distribute its products in the USA.
